The installers were first rate. Helpful, friendly and quite prepared to explain what was happening or what I felt I needed to know.

Only negative I have I asked the crew not to drive over my lawn with their truck as it is very soft due to recent rains, but they did and left numerous wheel tracks. Apart from that they were very professional and communicated well.

The installers were pleasant to deal with, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They did extra work to facilitate the installation of the water tank and to make future servicing somewhat easier. They also explained the operation of the tank. The only drawback was the lack of communication beforehand. Overall, we are very happy with the job they did and would certainly recommend them.

The tradies that attended the house and completed the job were very efficient. The completed the job in what I thought was a good time and were very pleasant to liaise with. Thank you

Good service from start to finish.

Everything went to the agreed timeframe. My only suggestion would be with a long lead time between confirming and installation contact at the midway point to say everything was on track would have been beneficial. Just so we knew there were no issues hitting the date.

I have found all of the staff from the quote to office and installation to be excellent and very helpful
