from calling at the office to the finish everyone was so cheerful friendly and helpful a great team strongly recommend you all to other customers and the solar is working fine.

The boys were here at 8am sharp and had the job finished before 1pm. For young men they worked liked seasoned pros. They were polite and curtious to us the whole time, they answered any questions we had and there was no inconvenience to us in our daily routine. They left area as they found it clean and tidy. Sue at the offices was always incontact with us prior to installation, keeping us updated on the day of installation, which she was able to get us in early. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Harvey Bay Solar.. What a lovely experience it has been to deal with the team at Solarhart, Hervey Bay. From the initial contact when I had an emergency where damage to my solar hot water system had occurred, their efficiency in helping me on that stressful day was appreciated, to follpwing up with assisting me with the process of quoting for the insurance company and finally to installing my new hotwater system. Every one has been polite, professional and lovely to chat with, in every step of this journey. I have enjoyed my experience with Solarhart Hervey Bay and I am very happy with my new solarhart hot water system, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Happy with the installation

We couldn’t be happier with the installation and product quality. Ours was a like for like Solahart HWS replacement after the original unit retired itself after 21 years of faithful service. The electric booster kept us functioning until the installation team arrived and Callum and Connor were fabulous, professional and friendly. Actually all of our dealings with the Solahart team at Hervey Bay were great, from the office ladies and not forgetting Gilly who was forthright, honest and helpful when making a recommendation for us to consider. We just hope the new solar HWS lasts as long as the old one.

Nothing was a problem in this purchase. Everything was explained. The work was done either on time, or earlier. We are pleased with our new solar system. Now to learn how to use the computer to see what the system is doing. Thanks from Anne & A,ex
