Good service from start to finish.

Everything went to the agreed timeframe. My only suggestion would be with a long lead time between confirming and installation contact at the midway point to say everything was on track would have been beneficial. Just so we knew there were no issues hitting the date.

Efficient and easy to deal with – installation was completed within 3 hours!

Johny Bailie was the Solahart salesman that came to my home. He promised my system would be installed about 1 month later. He was true to his word and it was installed on 2/9/2024. Johny was professional and friendly and true to his word. Solahart have quality products and great back up service plus a 25 year Australian warranty on all components which is reassuring. My Inverter was made in Italy and from past experience is a quality product that never disappointed me. Based on my overall experience I recommend Solahart Fraser Coast.
